Important Information When Placing an Order

Here at Lucky Strains we review inventory and confirm your order is available before you pay for it. That is why when ordering you will be requesting a payment link.

The customer must complete all steps in order to receive delivery. If ordering by phone you will need to provide an email for age verification.

 There is a 2 step process for orders. When the requested order is confirmed the customer will receive one email containing 2 links.

 The first link is an age verification link. Your age will need to be verified prior to your order being processed.

 The second link is the payment link. Please review your order carefully as all sales are final. No returns, no refunds, no exchanges. Once we receive age verification and payment confirmation your order will be fulfilled.

 After order fulfillment we will contact the customer to discuss available delivery times and who will accept the order. The individual accepting the order will be required to show 21+ ID verification at the time of delivery.

 If the intended party is not available at the time of delivery the order will go back to the warehouse as undeliverable and the standard delivery fee of $9.99 will be charged, regardless if the original order amount qualifies for free delivery. 

The required $20.00 minimum for free delivery DOES NOT include taxes or applicable fees. Delivery times offered are based off Lucky Strains delivery calendar. We will make every effort to be accommodating when scheduling a delivery, however deliveries are scheduled by a first come, first served basis. 

If the customer bypasses the first link for age verification and completes the second link for payment your order will not be processed. If age verification is not completed within 24 hours of receipt of payment, the order will be considered fraudulent. The customer's information will be flagged, and the Seller's financial institution will be notified of the fraudulent transaction.

Upon purchase, Buyer agrees to hold Seller harmless for any type of sales liability, personal liability, seizure, illness, death, allergic reaction, physically reaction, mental reaction, legal, or regulatory action that may occur as a result of Buyer purchasing and/or use of all products from Seller. Please use products responsibly. The Buyer declares that they are 21+ years of age. The Buyer assumes all legal and personal responsibility for products. Any falsified or fraudulent order and/or purchase requests will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The purchaser's name, age and other pertinent information will be verified at time of purchase. Be aware that the products may contain or come in contact with all possible allergens. Take precautions for any possible allergic reactions. Animals are present at the location where products come in contact. Read all ingredients, the packaging, and instructions on product(s) prior to use. Keep products out of the reach of children and pets.

Daily Limits

Due to the products offered being 21+ items there are quantity limits on purchases. No more than up to 700mg of hemp derived THC can be purchased in a daily transaction. A daily transaction can be 1 order or multiple orders to the same customer during a single calendar day. Currently there is no limit on the amounts of CDB that can be purchased in a daily transaction. Quantity and inventory change daily. If we do not have a requested item in stock or the requested quantity is unavailable, we will contact you to revise your order. 

Return Policy
