Order Requests

Here at Lucky Strains we review inventory and confirm your order is available before you pay for it. 

You will be requesting an order then verifying 21+ ID in store at time of purchase and pick up.

 When the requested order is confirmed the customer will receive one email with details for purchase and pick up.

 The individual making the purchase will be required to show 21+ ID verification at the time of purchase and pick up.

Order fulfillment will take place upon purchase in store after 21+ ID  verification.

Online orders will not be held Please pick up orders in a timely manner.

Upon purchase, Buyer agrees to hold Seller harmless for any type of sales liability, personal liability, seizure, illness, death, allergic reaction, physically reaction, mental reaction, legal, or regulatory action that may occur as a result of Buyer purchasing and/or use of all products from Seller. Any falsified or fraudulent order and/or purchase requests will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Daily Limits

The state required purchase quantity limits are as follows: No more than up to 800mg of THC in edibles, 2 ounces of cannabis flower, 8 grams concentrate. A daily transaction can be 1 order or multiple orders to the same customer during a single calendar day. Currently there is no limit on the amounts of CDB that can be purchased in a daily transaction. Quantity and inventory change daily. If we do not have a requested item in stock or the requested quantity is unavailable, we will contact you to revise your order. 

Return Policy

All sales final. No returns, no refunds, no exchanges. We do not warrant that the products purchased by you will meet your expectations, but we absolutely hope that they do!
